Depression and Frusration

Why we are depressed and frustrated?

Because we didn't able to reach our expectation and other's expectation to us or our expectation with them or in ourselves.

What is expectation?
Expectation- the act or state of looking forward or anticipating.
All of us do expect why? because expectation motivates or encourage us to  do our best so we can test our capability or other capability on how he act or do something on his way either it their PASSION or NEEDED.
Expectation develop someone SELF-ESTEEM and CHARACTER to be who she/he want to be. Once we reach our expectation and others, its an achievement and from this you could strive to dream big and attain something and pressed yourself to do more harder and difficult thing to achieve.

On other hand, when you can't reach your expectation from yourself and other then you begun to develop the depression and frustration.

Expectation from others for me is easy to cope up if you fail to respond. In able to cope up just think that you did your best and look for the things that comfort you like eating sweet, watching movies or whatsoever. From that point you will strive to do more. And just don't mind them because you didn't promise anything to them and you don't ask them to expect something to you.

Expectation in yourself for me is more harder to cope up. Because from your own expectation you can test yourself on what is your capability to do something and you will realize that there are things that beyond your reach. At this point you start to feel LOSER and a FAILURE. And you think that if i can do this and that how about the bigger thing to come up, how can I cope up with them. My only advice is look for something or someone wherein you can release your emotion and depression. It is effective because Someone to talk or something to do help you to realize that you can so something aside from your expectations in your self.

LESSON: Never EXPECT too MUCH.
DEPRESSION and FRUSTRATION can be cope up just be open minded.
